Nibbl is a personal food management application that helps users track pantry items, monitor expiry dates, discover recipes, and reduce household food waste. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use Nibbl for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the application. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its related systems or networks.
All content, features, and functionality of Nibbl — including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Nibbl and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nibbl may integrate with third-party services such as Spoonacular for recipe data. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service.
Nibbl is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nibbl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the application with an updated date. Your continued use of Nibbl after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
